We want you to be happy with PrivMars. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid purchase. Just contact us at support@privmars.com from your account email within that window — no complicated forms.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@privmars.com from the email address on your account.
- Include your account email and the approximate purchase date.
- We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly (see §5).
3. What is eligible
- Your first purchase of a paid plan, within the 14-day window.
- Charges resulting from a clear billing error on our side, at any time.
4. What is not eligible
- Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
- Renewal charges after the first period — manage auto-renewal by cancelling before the renewal date (cancelling stops future charges; the current period remains active until it ends).
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms (e.g. abuse, fraud, illegal use).
- Repeated refund requests or signs of abuse of this guarantee.
5. Processing & timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds via our payment processor typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cryptocurrency payments
For payments made in cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, calculated on the fiat-equivalent amount of your original payment. Because crypto values fluctuate and network fees apply, the amount of coin returned may differ from the amount sent; network/transaction fees are deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address you provide.
6. Free trials
If you used a free trial, you are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period. The money-back window applies to your first paid charge.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
